PCB Assembly
Computer-controlled SMD component assembly. Due to the subsequent vapor phase soldering process, double-sided SMD circuit board assembly is possible.
Manual PCB assembly of all non-SMD components.
Quality Assurance
Computer aided optical circuit board inspection.
Before integration, the fully equipped assemblies are treated in the climate cabinet to avoid early failures in customer use.
Final Test
Commissioning with adjustment, final test / burn-in test and documentation.
